If you already have an STL or 3MF file (from your own 3D design or downloaded from repository sites like Printables, Thingiverse, or MakerWorld), send it our way. We inspect the geometry for slicing, select the optimal layer height, and print it cleanly.
Need multiple copies of a bracket, organizer, or figurine? We handle small-batch runs of existing models with consistent tolerances and infill strength across all parts.
Want to personalize an existing print? We can emboss or deboss simple custom text (such as names, dates, labels, or numbers) onto flat surfaces of pre-existing models upon request.

Adding Custom Text to Existing Models
If you have a 3D model that has a flat, open surface (for example: a desk organizer, keychain, plaque, or trophy base), we can emboss or deboss simple personalized text onto the model prior to printing.

What is your turnaround time?
Most standard single prints are completed and ready for Bowmanville pickup within 48 to 72 hours after the quote is accepted. Multi-piece batch jobs will receive a specific completion estimate.
What if I don't have a 3D file yet?
We only print from pre-existing digital files. You can browse tens of thousands of free community models on sites like Printables.com, Thingiverse.com, or MakerWorld.com and paste the link directly into our quote form.
Can you model a broken plastic piece from scratch?
No, we currently do not offer custom 3D modeling or physical reverse-engineering. We only manufacture parts from existing STL or 3MF files.
How does text personalization work?
If your existing 3D model has an open, flat surface, we can emboss simple custom text (such as names, dates, or labels). Please contact us or specify your request clearly in the quote form notes so we can verify surface fit.
What is your pricing?
Our minimum order is $10.00 CAD. We charge based on exact filament weight (grams) and machine run time. We do not charge hidden file setup fees.
How does pickup work?
Local pickup is available in Bowmanville once your order is marked ready. Tracked Canada Post shipping across Ontario is also available upon request.
